Terms of Service
You must be at least 18 and the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have that guardian’s permission. Use only photos you are authorized to submit. Do not use the service to impersonate a family, disclose private information, or present a fictional AI scene as evidence of a real event.
What the tools provide
The service creates Halloween portraits, digital costume edits and short animated videos. One to three reference photos describe the same baby; costume editing uses one photo. Outputs can alter faces, hands, proportions, clothing and backgrounds. A generated outfit is not a product listing or evidence of garment fit or safety. Completion time, likeness and provider acceptance are not guaranteed.
Free image and paid credits
A new registered account receives one free image opportunity, usable for a portrait or costume edit. Free-image eligibility is separate from paid credits and cannot pay for video. Further images and all videos require the credits displayed before submission. Checkout shows current package prices, currency and expiry. Credits returned after a failed render are not a cash refund or a free unlimited retry.
Acceptable requests
Keep requests family-friendly and fully clothed. Do not request sexualized, violent or degrading portrayals of children, upload images without guardian permission, or try to override provider safeguards. Optional instructions supplement the chosen outfit and scene. The server may reject an unsuitable request without creating a job.
Your media and sharing
You retain whatever rights you hold in the input photos. Results may not be unique. Review the result and consider the child’s privacy before publishing. Model output does not grant rights in third-party characters, music, trademarks or likenesses. Available seasonal costumes are generic concepts, not licensed character designs.
Storage, interruptions and contact
The Privacy Policy describes media processing and retention. Download files you want to keep before access expires. Model-provider, storage or network failures can interrupt the service. Include the creation or payment reference and an email address where you can receive a reply. Do not include a baby photo in your message.
