Privacy Policy
This service is for adults. You must be the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have that guardian’s permission. We do not invite children to register accounts. Creation requests require guardian confirmation; a checkbox does not establish or replace your legal authority.
What we process
We process your sign-in information, explicitly submitted photos, generation selections and optional instructions, results, job status, credit transactions and payment references. Selecting a photo previews it locally. Generating uploads the references needed for the request. Avoid adding names, addresses, birth dates or other identifying details to instructions.
Model providers
We use EvoLink to access image and video models. Video processing includes a Seedream frame step before Seedance animation. Inputs needed for generation are sent to these providers. We do not proactively use your uploaded photos to train our own models. We do not promise that independent providers have no retention or training practices; their applicable terms govern their processing.
Media visibility and retention
Your uploads and results are associated with your account, not automatically published in a gallery. Our public examples use fictional AI babies. Original photos are deleted automatically after your creation finishes, and never kept longer than 24 hours, including photos you upload but don't use. Results, including intermediate first frames, are kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically. Download anything you want to keep. File deletion, account deletion and payment-record retention are separate processes. Provider copies and files you share elsewhere are outside our direct storage controls.
Payments and account records
Stripe processes checkout and payment-card details. We store payment references and credit transactions needed to fulfill purchases, prevent duplicate fulfillment and handle failures and refunds. We do not store full card numbers. Security and payment records may remain after a media file is deleted.
Cookies and measurement
Necessary cookies support sign-in and security. Optional analytics are described in the Cookie Policy. Baby photos, private media URLs and generation instructions must not be sent to analytics. A public download link may reveal the linked media to a person you share it with, so keep private results private.
Your choices and contact
You can remove a selected local photo before submission, avoid adding personal details to instructions, and download the results you choose to retain. For account, media or deletion requests, email support@aihalloweenbaby.com or use Product feedback in the site footer. Account deletion cannot retract processing already performed by an independent model provider. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup.
